International (outside of the USA) orders are only shipped via Express Mail International; which is 3-5 business days delivery; it includes full tracking and insurance.
All items will be shipped via 1st Class US Mail or UPS Ground unless other options are selected at check out.
To make up to the customers that cannot take advantage of this special anyone outside of this delivery area can email us directly for a discount code to be applied to their order instead.
This offer is good for delivery addresses in the Continential USA only. We ship worldwide and to US Military addresses.
Please note that all first time orders must be signed for at the point of delivery. After the first order we will ship without signature if it is to the same person.
Palazah reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns (exchanges) or if the product has been used.
In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns (exchanges) after purchase.
No returns OR exchanges on hair extensions, all hair extensions must be paid for with a confirmed address via paypal as method of payment ONLY; no exceptions.
No returns OR exchanges accepted on cosmetics (or cosmetic assessories and products), cosmetic colors, Airtan, other liquids or expendables. This INCLUDES Airbrush Systems (kits).
Items must be in resalable condition and UNUSED. Items with scratches, cosmetic or mechanical damage will not be accepted for return. Items USED will not be accepted as exchangable.
All claims for items that are missing, incorrect or damaged must be made by customer within 5 business days of receipt of products.
Any accepted returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee or $20 whichever is greater; in the event you received FREE SHIPPING, you will be responsible for that initial shipping fee upon the return to us.
Please contact Customer Care (returns@Palazah.com) for an return authorization number, address and instructions. With your RA# your refund (exchange) will be completed within 30 to 45 days. It may delay your refund (exchange), if returned items are received by our general warehouse without an RA# identification.
Most products are shipped within 24 business hours but please allow up to 3 business days for possible processing and shipping. Please allow sufficient business days from the time your order is submitted for it to be processed and shipped. (e.g. Three Day processing means three business days). Please note that Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
Any customs duties which are payable for shipments to countries outside the USA are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer acknowledges that customer is responsible for any fees, penalties or surcharges applied by carrier resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or inadequate data, provided by customer for parcels shipped using service, after payment for shipment is received.
Orders received by 12:30 p.m. EST., (Monday thru Friday) is considered that business day; if your order is received AFTER 12:30 pm EST., it is considered the next business day. Please note that when you place an order you will receive an immediate notification that your order has been processed. In the event that this notification is not received contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additionally, if you desire changing your current order or shipping address you must immediately contact us at the address as stated above. You will be required to state your notification number for order verification.
To track your order, simply go to http://www.usps.com and insert your tracking number.
Pack everything carefully and include a copy of your invoice.
