Mandelic Acid 16% Serum is an advanced formulation proven to be effective in helping combat visible signs of aging. It helps exfoliate dead cells and flush out impacted pores improving skin texture and promoting uniformity of skin coloration.
Who: Individuals that want to reverse dull, aging skin, blotchy hyper-pigmentation, and blemished skin.
What: Strips off dead skin cells, lightens the complexion, opens the pores and generates new collagen and elastin.
When: Apply every morning and/or evening.
How: Mandelic Acid is a special AHA that doesn't irritate the skin. It also does not produce reactive hyper-pigmentation.
Tip: If using Mandelic Acid for even skin tone, apply serum to entire face.
This incredibly formulated serum allows individuals with blotchy complexions and/or acne to rediscover their radiant complexion. Used by physicians as an internal antibacterial for years, it is now available externally to relieve blemished, blotchy skin.
Mandelic Acid, with its larger carbon molecule, is not as irritating to the skin as lactic acid or glycolic acid. The antibacterial effects of this product are useful to reduce the bacteria (Corybacterium acne) of the skin and can be used in conjunction with any of the Velderm Products.
Ingredients:
Directions: Using fingertips, apply over desired area 1 or 2 times daily. If irritation occurs, temporarily discontinue use for several days then gradually increase to daily use. Recommended to be used in conjunction with a sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher
Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. A mild irritation or rash may occur on sensitive skin with initial use. Keep from extreme heat or cold (freezing). Keep out of reach of children.
